What are the rules that are prohibited during sports?

1. Exercise when you are injured
When you are exercising, sometimes you feel mild pain. This is normal when exercising. But if the pain you experience feels annoying and even leads to injury, don’t ignore it. It’s better to stop your exercise for a moment to see what the pain is gone. If the pain persists, you are advised to stop the exercise so that there is no worse injury. 2. Following other people’s ‘style’ of sports
