We believe that it is possible to significantly recover from life-disrupting psychiatric distress (conventionally labeled as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression, severe anxiety, psychosis, etc...).  Our approach offers mindfulness-based therapeutic skills and recovery oriented treatment, while living in the surrounding community.
